If you respond to
an ad like this one...
YOU
COULD GET
SCAMMED!!!

This ad is a fake, posted by the
Federal Trade Commission and the
Department of
Justice Tax Division to increase awareness of potentially fraudulent
trusts. Whether they're called "pure trusts" or "constitutional
trusts," they do not relieve any taxpayer of their obligations
to pay federal taxes. Establishing a trust, foreign or domestic,
for the sole purpose of hiding your income and assets from taxation
is illegal.
Following
false, misleading or unorthodox tax advice is seldom free. Up
front you pay fees or commissions to subscribe to fraudulent
trust schemes. And in the end, unfortunately, you pay even more
in penalties, interest and fines for following bad advice.

information on common tax schemes, see the IRS' Tax Fraud Alerts.
